If you take the bicycle path in Saint-Bonnet-les-Oules, which has just been extended, and the vegetable fields make your eyes glaze over, you can taste them. Aymeric Chatel offers its organic fruit and vegetables for direct sale: stalls of colourful crates with seasonal flavours. The demand has exploded since the confinement and we understand it. Once the taste of the products has been rediscovered, it's hard to do without them! So Aymeric delivers the products of his garden to the city dwellers: organic baskets in AMAP on Wednesday evenings at the bar Le Richelieu in Saint-Etienne, and his vegetables at the shop De la ferme aux quartiers, esplanade Bénévent.
