LA MAISON DE LA PRALINE
La Maison de la Praline is one of the établissement's favourite chefs, who once invented the famous Candy. The almonds of Spain and the hazelnuts of Piedmont, rigorously selected, are roasted before they are burned in sugar or immersed in the Weiss chocolate - then coated with cocoa -, or milk - covered with ice-cream - or white - coconut powder shells. The Pistalines fall into a green robe with almond powder, the Piedmont are made of hazelnuts which, according to "the mood of the chef", take a bath of milk milk or black. Attached to the quality of products and raw materials and respectful of craftsmanship, Praline's House addresses both professionals and individuals.
