Body Hit is a fitness center located at 2 addresses in the stéphanoise region: one room is located near the Châteaucreux train station and the other at La Fouillouse, in the shopping area near Andrézieux. Specialising in electrostimulation, the centre offers 30-minute sessions supervised by state-qualified sports coaches, equivalent to 4 hours of muscle contraction. You perform a global and simultaneous work on all the muscles of your body. Ideal for those aiming at performance, weight loss or rehabilitation. According to your objectives, the coaches will propose you a series of adapted exercises and will be able to advise you at best!
