CAVE GERBAUD
A first-class sommelier who officiated with very large toques, such as Georges Blanc in Vonnas, or Pierre Gagnaire, when the great chef was still in Saint-Etienne. In Saint-Etienne since 1998, the very friendly Patrick Gerbaud opened a door overlooking beautiful vaulted cellars. A cave of Ali Baba containing real treasures, numerous winemakers' references, unveiled by Patrick Gerbaud, whose very sharp knowledge of vineyards is obvious. A place where the great names of Burgundy, the Rhone valley, Languedoc and Roussillon are combined… but also portos and whiskies.
