STAS ESPACE TRANSPORT

The Société des transports de l'agglomération stéphanoise (STAS) serves 39 municipalities in the agglomeration with its network of 67 regular lines. Since 2006, two travel zones have been created: The Great Saint-Étienne and the Great Gier. You can travel with a single ticket in an area by alternating between tram, TER or bus as you wish. The validity period of your ticket is one and a half hours, which is rather practical and economical. Young people are entitled to price advantages, the schedules favour schools but also night owls, thanks to the evening network (maximum 22h30 on special lines)
