The restaurant in Fondus, rue Sainte-Catherine, is very much like a Savoyard chalet with its interior decoration. There are numerous Savoyard and mountain specialities, as well as the foot of the slopes! Here the dishes are made from cheese! You will taste the conveyors classics, but you can also crack for vacherin, reblochonnade, braserade, a Savoyard fondue, based on d or even meat: their specialities: the!, vigneronne and bressane, even a tuna fondue!
