Through the windows you can see the equestrian statue of Joan of Arc proudly enthroned in the square. Le Boivin is still there but it was recently bought by David Dargnat, a former member of the Deux Cageots and the DKD. Aux fourneaux is the work of Alice Defranoux, author of a fresh and inventive cuisine. In a Parisian bistro style, she offers traditional food for lunch and takes a more festive turn in the evening with assorted tapas around a large bar. A few pop-ups by designers, artists, fashion and decoration influencers punctuate the year, and a challenging meal once a month challenges the team! We bet it's going to win!
