In a typical bouchon setting, Corne d'aurochs offers traditional, sophisticated cuisine. Recently taken over by Nourredine Hamache, former chef at Le Cercle à l'Opéra, the restaurant has retained its bouchon spirit, and you'll still feel right at home. A true bouchon stéphanois, this restaurant offers charcuterie platters, lamb brains, grilled pig's trotters, veal and pork andouillette... all made with fresh produce, a real treat for connoisseurs. Each day, the menu features around six different starters, main courses and desserts. An excellent address, succulent and friendly, with good value for money!

Lieu chaleureux, service impeccable et serveur au taquet ! Des plats succulents présentés avec brio par le serveur qui connait ses produits sur le bout des doigts ! Je recommande vraiment ce lieu qui vaut le détour autant par le menu que par le restaurant en lui même, dont le décors nous rappelle celui de la typique grand-mère stéphanoise !

A warm welcome; reasonable prices in the evening (entrance main dish and dessert and €21 cheese and dessert); varied menu with take on the menu for a supplement. beautiful presentation
It is my favourite in saint Etienne, because traditional cuisine of very good with an original design. Ideal for a couple.
since 1986 I faithful in this restaurant and I with pleasure note this time still how this typical " bouchon" could appear in the register of good houses. The reception, generous dishes and their perfect execution are worth a visit. It is not a place of high gastronomy but a beautiful eco-friendly table products and its guests. Bravo the craftsman who is not served for an artist! but can be modest in played and friendly. I would make before.
