LE RYAD FES
The Ryad Fes is not just a kebab. Located behind the courthouse, this restaurant treats guests, visitors or beginners, many Moroccan specialities. Established since September 2006, Bahzad and its partner, Said, have built two main rooms. The first is more dedicated to rapid restoration; The second, the more quiet, allows you to dine for a longer meal and take the time to taste the royal stew (€ 12,80) or chicken stew (€ 10,80), couscous (€ 10,80) or pastillas (€ 10,80). Of course, if you are pressed, you can order a traditional kebab with or without French fries (4 € and 4,50 €), which will be presented in Moroccan bread slightly toasted and crispy. You can also ask for the pattern of veal skewers and merguez. In addition, the Ryad Fès is a tea salon where you can enjoy a mint tea. Bahzad will present you a silver tray carved with a teapot and Moroccan glass. To quench your thirst, two other possibilities are available to you: a nature milk, mixed with various aromas: lawyer, banana, apple, etc., or a fruit juice based on orange, almond, khaki, mango or kiwi (2 € for a single juice; 2,50 € with a mixture of fruits). Do you want to escape from the city? To take a seat, visit this simple and friendly restaurant, which is a real corner of Morocco.
