Japanese restaurant in Saint-Etienne serving a multitude of small dishes and a generous plate of sushis/sashimis/makis.
Kyoto was Saint-Étienne's first Japanese restaurant, opening in the Martyrs de Vingré district. Its façade, inspired by the traditional Japanese guest house, invites you to come in. A multitude of small dishes are offered: plates of mini fish tartars, tempura, grilled fish, miso soup... a generous plate of sushi/sashimi/maki with a perfect rice texture. You can also opt for a convivial Japanese barbecue and brown your own beef tambouille, exotic mushrooms and finely chopped vegetables in a hot pan. A real authentic treat!
