If you enjoy Japanese food, you'll want to head to Himiko, located near Place des Ursules. When you enter, don't linger in the small room on the first floor and go straight upstairs. There, from the comfort of your own home, you can help yourself to the conveyor belt that runs through the main room. Here you can sample rice dumplings, tofu pieces, beef dumplings, sushi, maki, chirashi and other traditional kebabs. Salmon and tuna are particularly prominent.
