Owner's Message
Di Voglia, which operates with a team of about fifteen people, offers home-made cooking: the dishes are made on the spot and prepared by the chef Guillaume Dosreis, experienced in Italian cooking, with traditional products selected in Italy and fresh products bought locally such as meat, fruit and vegetables.
However, there is one principle: no pizzas in the brasserie! But you can enjoy them just next door, at thePizzéria Napolitaine Di Voglia, which offers you both on the spot and takeaway, as well as a catering and grocery part in order to find all the flavours of Italy that you are used to eating on the spot.
Also, an Italian Brasserie and Pizzeria Neapolitan Di Voglia opened its doors in 2019 in the Technopole area, enjoy a dish on the spot or prefer the speed of the Di Voglia express outside the establishment, to order takeaway.

Sans parler du plat… ou j’ai pu prendre des pâtes aux truffes mais où j’ai retrouvé des truffes assez absente …. une burrata sans goût au milieu et des quantités assez moindre. Les serveurs sont que très peu, ce qui je pense peut expliquer l’attente mais il pourrait au moins être un peu plus aimable.
Très déçu de cette expérience, ce restaurant qui donne pourtant plutôt envie au première abord.
