Neapolitan pizzeria with a large terrace to enjoy Italian products.

In the purest spirit of the trattoria, Di Voglia has a new site in Saint-Etienne: in addition to the brasserie and the delicatessen, on Place Jean Jaurès, the concept is opening a Neapolitan pizzeria in the technology park, also with a large terrace where you can taste a selection of products from Italy. Naturally, the star here is the pizza! Nine varieties are even available for delivery via Ubereat and Deliveroo. I went there, and I confess, I fell for the Alba with fresh truffle and burrata. But don't thank me: go, you too, during your lunch break or afterwork, and lead the dolce vita.

Au secours !!!
Nous sommes venus un samedi soir (de match) : 5 mn d'attente à l'entrée avant que quelqu'un daigne nous installer (nous avions réservé mais la table avait été attribuée deux fois). Puis, 25 mn avant qu'une serveuse accepte de prendre notre commande et encore 30 mn avant d'être servis... Nous avons été cherché nous-mêmes une carafe d'eau au comptoir. Au moment où nos plats ont littéralement été "jetés" sur notre table nous avons appris qu'il n'y avait plus de bière, bières que nous avions commandé en apéritif ! Compte tenu du délai d'attente, nous avons eu le temps de jeter un oeil aux tables qui nous entouraient et c'était la même panique partout. Personnel absent, voire désagréable, organisation inexistante en salle et cuisine très basique (ceux qui avaient choisi une pizza ont compris que la garniture coûtait plus cher que la pâte). Face à ce service en dessous de tout, nous avons fait l'impasse sur le dessert. En un mot, Messieurs, il est temps de vous remettre sérieusement en question. Prenez moins de réservations ou davantage de personnel mais, FAITES QUELQUE CHOSE... Pour nous, l'expérience n'a pas été un moment qui restera gravé dans nos mémoires, en tout cas, pas dans le bon sens.
