Restaurant offering typical dishes and pizzas in Saint-Etienne.
As Vincent puts it: "The Neapolitans invented pizza, the Pignatellis put it on stage! Together with his brother Daniel and Romain, a passionate pizzaiolo, they make the simple Prosciutto at La Grotte; the Amberti with fourme cheese, honey, walnuts and mozza; the Capriciosa with tomatoes, mascarpone and cured ham (straight from the oven); and the Fuorigioco with a base of cream, onions, anchovies, goat's cheese and bufala. Their pizzas are each more delicious than the last! La Grotte also offers other typical dishes such as Milanese or Florentine cutlets, eggplant parmesan and, above all, panzerotti, which are not to be missed!
