A change of scenery guaranteed at Resto'Van! At first you think you've arrived in a mountain chalet, with its dark panelling and wood-burning oven warming the atmosphere in summer and winter alike. But then you realize that you've landed in the remote mountains of Turkey! Metin and his wife Sohret invite you to join them for a festive meal. On the menu: soup, salad, traditional etli emmek, meat patties, borek, cheese patties, wood-grilled chicken thighs, homemade dessert, and a bottle of sparkling water, plus orange juice! The list goes on and on, especially when you know that everything is served as much as you like! You'd love to have some more of this delicious galette, but you're full up with these delicious, authentic dishes from elsewhere. A smart address!
