The Rochetaillée hostel offers a good meal with a superb panoramic view in a former expedition. Its view of the valley is incomparable, and the decoration, with its old ceiling and wooden tables, is worth a look. The restaurant serves traditional dishes and local products. Among the various dishes offered, you can see the frog's persillae, and the famous grill of potatoes. Hikers and climbers who enjoy their leisure in the Pilat, the accents and travelers will find here a place to recover in a more than pleasant setting.

Vraiment super bon c'est la deuxième fois que j'y mange. Les grenouilles et le gratin sont excellents . Mais les cassolettes aussi.

Une auberge sympathique. Nous y avons déjeuné un midi, sans avoir réservé. D'autres choix que le menu "râpées" sont proposés : nous avons mangé un dos de cabillaud accompagné d'un risotto crémeux aux champignons, bien exécuté et goutu.
Le serveur était très sympathique.
Le style de l'auberge est traditionnel.
