The Rochetaillée hostel offers a good meal with a superb panoramic view in a former expedition. Its view of the valley is incomparable, and the decoration, with its old ceiling and wooden tables, is worth a look. The restaurant serves traditional dishes and local products. Among the various dishes offered, you can see the frog's persillae, and the famous grill of potatoes. Hikers and climbers who enjoy their leisure in the Pilat, the accents and travelers will find here a place to recover in a more than pleasant setting.

un excellent saumon fumé maison. Un bon endroit aprés une rando dans le Pilat ou pour une soirée entre amis
Galette de pomme de terre râpée à la main, à la demande. Il y a donc un léger temps d'attente mis à profit pour déguster le copieux plat de charcuteries.
