Gonzague specializes in the artisanal production of top-of-the-range burgers. Varied, tasty recipes made with fresh, local produce: organic vegetables, bun bread from La Feuillantine bakery in La Fouillouse and meat from the famous Maison Bayle in Saint-Étienne. Each week, you'll discover a new temporary recipe that's no match for the burgers on the menu: the Savoureux topped with smoked bacon and Savoy tomme, the classic Suprême with its melting cheddar, the Estival with beef tartar, and the house specialty: the Gonzague made with fourme cheese and grated cheese. Three poké recipes are also available. A real treat!
