Restaurant offering traditional, simple and tasty cuisine in Saint-Etienne.
The first Victoria, in the heart of Galeries Dorian, closed in 2018 following the departure of Fnac from the city center. But Victoria del Grosso, supported by Adeline, whom she trained in her previous restaurant, is back on the corner of boulevard Jules Janin. Like a phoenix, the Victoria is reborn, with a pink-and-white décor and a traditional cuisine based solely on fresh produce, simple and tasty during the week with a piece of beef or fish depending on what's available, and more elaborate for Sunday lunch. That day, for example, we served snail puff pastry with tomato coulis, or foie gras tuile dentelle with melon and red berries. A real treat!
