Thierry Lakermance had a long experience in the most beautiful French houses before deciding 4 years ago to open his own restaurant with his side a young and dynamic team. Don't talk to the Nados like a gastronomic table that's not all that! The cuisine he offers to his clientele is mainly simple and unpretentious, with dishes that are particularly well-cooked but which still remain original without a thousand complications. The decoration of the place goes hand in hand with the contents of the base. A first room offers chocolate tones, the appearance of a chic brown, as for the second, the white premium, thus highlighting contemporary paintings. Signed Thierry Rechagneux, it is both sober and design, a harmonious framework that inspires rest! On the menu, tastes apply to the most ready of the products used. Examples include Saint-Jacques snackées nuts, Puy green lenses and shallot juice. In the same vein, the charolais piece with melting and morels potatoes illustrates what we say. This does not prevent some originality as evidenced by whole lobster, légumes vegetables, tarragon, and emulsionné tomatoes water. The dessert is equally successful, including the white chocolate stunt, strawberry apple.
