The time to live is a little retreat in the former armory area of Saint-Etienne. Located in a quiet street, far from the city center, this hotel offers its guests a daily balanced meal. The map is limited but the dishes are cooked with fresh produce. For example, you can eat a shrimp cake or a quiche of the gardener, followed by a net or a duck's duct with eggplant pasta and caviar, and finish a pear and caramel clafeup and a chocolate and mint ice cream with chantilly and hot chocolate.

Encore un des rares armuriers de St Etienne. Passionné, avec une rigueur et une grande expertise. Il a redonné une nouvelle vie à ma Win-1894. J'en suis encore ébahi. Ses conseils sont précieux. Si vous cherchez à faire restaurer, réparer ou acheter une arme d'occasion c'est là qu'il faut aller. Un grand merci à Mr Chevaly.

Un expert en la matière , rigoureux , minutieux , qui est capable de démonter n'importe quel fusil ou carabine , dans un environnement de véritable armurier à l'ancienne ; Vraiment impressionnant , il n'y en a hélas plus beaucoup comme lui ; Merci Mr Chevaly .
