It was in the cozy surroundings of an old bourgeois house of 1900 typical of the hills of the Cours Fauriel that Bernard Pralong created the building. The whole is quite contemporary with a mixture of past and present. This marriage between the old and present ends up in the kitchen. Homemade dishes are a mixture of traditional ingredients with a touch of originality. On lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, some suggestions will put you in your mouth like a filet of beef staple from foie gras served with shot potatoes, a duo of quenelles in the oven. The building has a spacious terrace, a bright and heated veranda, a friendly welcome.

Des plats surgelés, une attente interminable et le (seul?) personnel digne d'une porte de prison.
Nous sommes régalé. Bravo à lui
