LES TERRASSES DE MALOE
Address in Saint-Etienne preparing traditional French cuisine as well as tandoori chicken, fish and tapas.
The Terrasses de Dorian are now those of Maloé, from the contraction of the first names of the two young girls of the Franco-Indian couple, Elodie and Richard Soans, the chef, who is at the helm. The Indian origins can be found both on the plate, as traditional French cuisine combines tandoori chicken, dal makhani, cod back with pineapple salsa or biryani rice with cashew nuts, but also in the exquisite evenings organised two or three times a year around tapas and paratha bread. Whether you have lunch, a cup of ice cream or coffee, under its orange front in the heart of downtown Saint-Etienne, you're in for a change of scenery!
