Friendly and nice restaurant offering basic dishes in Saint-Etienne.

We rediscovered it one lunchtime with Pauline and Alphonse, who have taken over the reins of this establishment to turn it into a friendly bistro offering creative cuisine while retaining the spirit of a neighborhood bar! The original dining room and small terrace will charm you just as much. The menu changes every day, offering traditional dishes with a twist, as well as vegetarian recipes.

Le repas était parfait et m'a permis de redécouvrir et d' aimer des saveurs pas forcément apprécié de base (purée de céleri) et la crème de citron (d'ailleurs merci pour la recette).
Le personne au service est d'ailleurs très agréable et forcément ça joue sur la note d'où le 5/5 tout était parfait !
