Friendly and nice restaurant offering basic dishes in Saint-Etienne.
Who doesn't know this historic downtown address? We rediscovered it one lunchtime with Pauline and Alphonse, who have taken over the reins of this establishment to turn it into a friendly bistro offering creative cuisine while retaining the spirit of a neighborhood bar! The original dining room and small terrace will charm you just as much. The menu changes every day, offering traditional dishes with a twist, as well as vegetarian recipes.

La carte des vins, bios pour certains, est intéressante.
Prix très accessibles, terrasse ensoleillée. Un univers rétro remis au goût du jour et sans prétention qui nous a beaucoup plu.
Merci au chef et à la serveuse, parfaite dans ses conseils et sa gentillesse.
Une seule recommandation pour les nouveaux propriétaires : La salle est bruyante et résonne, cela peut se résoudre facilement en mettant des panneaux anti-réverbération aux murs/plafonds. Ca risque d'être un problème récurrent vu que la salle risque d'être pleine souvent ????
