Alexis Bessette, a talented, generous artist, manages the kitchen. Depending on the seasons and its moods, it offers a modern cuisine with revisited classics. "Make people feel good" is the motto of the Regency, a Mecca for restaurants in Saint-Etienne! We appreciate the relaxing and hushed setting of this establishment. The chef prepares tasty and generous dishes in his cuisine: veal liver with parsley, creamy monkfish risotto, tuna tartar.... A menu is subtle, fresh and inventive, we can only recommend this address in good taste! The meal ends with the delicacies car, an additional incentive to come back with friends to the Regency!

Très belle découverte pour ce restaurant aux extérieurs classiques mais avec un intérieur très cosy. Excellent service et très bon plats. Bonne carte de vin et cocktail maison super! Le chef, présent en fin de repas, est très sympathique.
