Some lawyers always said when they wanted to drink, go to the 4 th room. This joke inspired Sylvain Basciu who therefore called his establishment this way. Located right next to the Palais de Justice, this bar is open throughout the day. The clientele is very varied. Lunch and dinner can also be served to enjoy simple homemade dishes with snacking.
