La Diligence Bakery, Pastry and Tea Room takes its name from an old stagecoach stop located in the immediate vicinity of the establishment. This boutique offers products made with local and noble ingredients, 100% "homemade" with jams, marshmallow, coulis made on site as well as a wide range of breads, including organic specialities made with Borsa flour from the Loire, pioneer in organic production since 1952. It offers breads made traditionally with natural sourdough made on site, pastries and butter pastries prepared according to homemade recipes and which evolve according to the seasons. A meal is even offered at lunchtime.
