CUISINIERS DE LA LOIRE
The Association des Cooks de la Loire (CHEFS) is 28 members (chefs, restaurateurs, caterers) who invest in local missions to young people through training and associations for the defence of products of their land. They regularly participate in regional events such as the feast of the crayfish or the Comice de, and organizes every year the contest of the cooks of the Loire. Appointments to remind the Ligériens that eating is first and foremost a pleasure. The association is also present on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean since the 28 members have partnered with the University Des-Moines Area Community Community College for 26 years! As part of this partnership, each Year two chefs Ligériens will spend 3 weeks in Les-Moines in the United States to teach French cuisine and twelve students come to France to follow a course of 2 weeks in several restaurants of La Loire.
