As a social company of the habitat or private society of housing HOUSING, Néolia has managed for 60 years from its headquarters in Montbéliard an important real estate estate throughout eastern France. On the dissolution of Coal Ore in France, this company took over the old mining heritage of mining cities, including the coal mining of the Loire.
