Association Act 1901, the Stéphanois Office of the Elderly proposes and coordinates projects, cultural, citizens or sports, towards senior citizens. Among other things, there are useful addresses and directory of services and institutions for the elderly and their families. The mission is also to provide retirement preparation and training for professionals and volunteers. The Stéphanois Office of the Elderly (OSPA) is the coordinating forum for gerontology in Saint-Etienne and the surrounding areas of the crown.
