The Action against Exclusion (FACE) Loire Foundation aims to combat all forms of exclusion, discrimination and poverty from the company. This foundation of a real company club helps the Stéphanois graduates of a minimum of +2 and accompanies them as part of a personalized follow-up to find a permanent job, consistent with their training and professional project.
