The Ateliers Weiss offer a discovery of chocolate by introducing visitors to the secrets of its manufacture. You will discover the history of Weiss, a chocolate factory created in 1882 in Saint-Etienne and its know-how. Les Ateliers Weiss has three dimensions: exhibitions, a shop and a hot chocolate bar. Tastings are not lacking! Workshops for children are offered regularly. In the shop, you will discover various kinds of chocolates. Visitors can even create their own bar with the ingredients of their choice. A master chocolatier will make it for you within half an hour. A gourmet experience rich in discoveries!

On se souvient avec plaisir des premières papillotes WEISS. L'entreprise a voulu partager son savoir faire, en ouvrant cet atelier ludique et gourmand,où accompagné d'un guide, on emprunte une passerelle qui surplombe la chocolaterie pour découvrir tous ses secrets.
La visite se termine par le passage en boutique ou encore la salle de restauration.
