What a long way we've come since the opening in 1999 of the first boutique in the elegant Austro-Hungarian-style building with its majestic rotunda, located at the end of Cours Fauriel! Farinër now has five bakeries: two in Saint-Etienne (the original one at the Rond-Point, and the one in Bellevue, which we present here), and three others respectively in l'Etrat, Andrézieux and Saint-Genest-Lerpt. All week long, you will find tasty breads, made with flour from resource-controlled wheat from the Loire, pastries, sweet and savoury tarts, and delicious desserts. We understand the reasons for its success!
