Pascal Bureau is pastry maker in Saint-Etienne since 1989 in a small street sometimes forgotten and yet worth the detour for its quality traders. It offers delicious chocolates, pastries, homemade pastries. Its specialties: disagnet and chocolate 42. Its pastries are always original, varied and evolutionary. Here you will find classic cream cabbage, marshes, spoon biscuits… When you walk through the door of the shop, it seems difficult that you don't succumb to all of these more appetizing cakes.

Excellente adresse, des gâteaux originaux et délicieux, des choux chantilly copieux avec une crème légère le dimanche, des guimauves maison, des glaces maison excellentes et les chocolats un vrai régal....
