The Coulois chocolate factory, which dates back to 1820, is the oldest chocolate factory in St. Etienne still in existence. An artisanal chocolate factory with a family history, Coulois offers you excellent chocolates, sometimes with very local decorations such as miner's lamps or ribbons, but also old-fashioned sweets, tablets, and chocolate or praline spreads. Specialist in sugared almonds, she declines them with avolas, chocolate, marshmallow, caramel or nougatine.
