MAISON DIDIER MAGASIN
The Didier butcher's shop, a house of tradition, was set up in the town centre, rue José Frappa, in 1937. It has been serving the people of Stephan for over 80 years! All the meats on offer are of French origin and benefit from a permanent traceability system available to customers. In order to guarantee freshness and quality, local production is favoured: Limousin heifer, extra pork from Auvergne, Sisteron lamb, veal from the Loire and Haute-Loire regions. As for the ready-made meals, they are essentially conceived in the laboratory, such as verrines, pâtés and the allergen-free dry sausage, which benefits from the very appropriate registered trademark, Le Fameux!
