Cosy Italian restaurant in Saint-Galmier serving hearty, tasty dishes: arancini, pizzas, pasta...

The opening of this Italian restaurant and caterer has brought sunshine to the town since its opening in September. The restaurant's warm and intimate dining room seats twelve. Pasta and pizza dough are homemade. The plates are full and tasty, and include arancini, sometimes with original variations (stuffed with pasta instead of rice, for example), pizzas and pastas. Three dishes and three desserts are offered daily. On the catering side, there's a fine selection of Italian cheeses and cold meats, as well as dry goods such as cakes and panettone.

Eu l'occasion de goûter aujourd'hui leurs pizzas, très très bonnes. Avec une bonne pâte épaisse et moelleuse comme je les aimes ???? tellement rare de trouver ses pizzas a pate epaisse maintenant ! 4 étoiles car je garde la 5eme pour la prochaine fois où je passerais par St galmier pour tester d'autres produits ???? patron sympathique malgré l'affluence de la ste Catherine !
