THE ROSE GARDEN OF SAINT-GALMIER
A remarkable rose garden with a fine collection of Viburnum plants on the banks of the Coise in Saint-Galmier.
At the foot of the village of Saint-Galmier in a natural environment on the banks of the Coise, over an area of 7,000 m2, the rose garden houses more than 300 varieties of ancient and modern roses, as well as other perennials including a collection of Viburnum and some aquatic plants. You can admire azaleas, climbing roses, which attack an elegant pergola, old roses and modern roses, most of which have won awards in major international competitions. There is even a "Saint-Galmier rose"! A botanical and vegetal heritage, a space of beauty, calm and serenity for a fragrant walk.
