Jean-François now operates 3,75 ha in AOC Côte Roannaise. Owner of almost 2 ha, planted in the last years. The rest of the operation is bonded by: the vineyards are thus older, some of them even celebrating their fifty years. The harvest is manual, accompanied by a careful sorting of the vines. To taste, the Domaine, the Ruby red colour is fresh, tender and balanced, with notes of flowers and raspberry, to be appreciated in the year. The ancient vines, a garnet colour, offer aromas of red fruits and spices. Rosé Rosé, with its beautiful dress and citrus aromas. In white, Viognier Cuvée, very aromatic, is a subtle apricot-quince symphony, which can be tasted fresh, aperitif or dessert. To extend the conviviality of the vine and wine, Jean-François has built two guest rooms on the floor, in the old alpilles. The barn has turned into a warm room to live. There is a kitchen area at your disposal.
