Thierry Jouffe's domain occupies almost a hectare, on the southernmost municipality of the appellation. Oriented to the south-east the vine is planted in high density, thus non and palissée at a low height. The reds and roses come from the Gamay grape, known here as white juice. Red wines with very fruity aromas offer a great freshness and flexibility, they accompany meats such as sheep and beef, sausages and cheeses of character.
