Not only is Brasserie de l'Industrie a little jewel in the decorative crown, it's also a fine gourmet address! Located just off the freeway, before arriving in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert, you won't want to miss this place, which has only one objective: to please its customers. The staging is fabulous, with an ultra-modern take on the theme of the early days of the industry. The menus will do the rest. Varied formulas, a menu capable of satisfying all your tastes, excellent value for money, an excellent wine list, simple, friendly service, you're in for a relaxing and pleasurable experience: andouillette with mustard sauce, steak tartare, beef or fish kebabs, veal roe poached in mustard sauce, and more. All products are fresh and sourced from small local producers. When it comes to authenticity, you couldn't ask for better: everything is homemade! And for dessert, a lemon tart or chocolate fondant will round off your meal in style. Fast, pleasant service, fresh, regional produce: we can't recommend it highly enough.
