The Aquarium is the restaurant with the Hotel de la Loire, and offers a wide map. Among the novelties, hot bowl and its foie de foie gras, piece of beef in truffles, shredded lobster lobster, or even stone fillet with juice braised, Cointreau emulsion. The local colours are not left with the boréale of Foie gras, a forezienne à topped with fatty liver steaks. If you want to take a small jar at home, the restaurant offers a selection of red, white and rosé wines available for sale as well as cooking courses with little tips that will make your meals different.

Not that you talk about the same restaurant, or you eaten! Inadmissible! It is 3:00 ashamed, eating while there was only 13 persons. in the restaurant., there was the menu 45 min. after our arrival, a fresh salad montbrisonnaise: salad, an end of fourme of Yssingeaux thrown on salad, corn and an odd salad with fish, the plate with cold meats end that even a dog could not have eaten, after 9 frogs' legs in the dish (without rinse- finger) with a horrible side dishes, and the icing on the cake, dessert: you request us not our opinion, one in the dessert menu: ice cream pink orange, a ton of chantilly to hide the whole, montmorency and the worst, a part of king's cake in June!!!!!!! No change of cover, the hygiene of questionable restaurant, so the petit futé is one that you know this restaurant in 2014!

You should not talk about the same restaurant where we have been eating: INFAMOUS! " Metro" heated (barely: soft and poorly cooked frogs), scandalous cheese dish: three strips to be discovered under the microscope... No change of seats. 20 minutes between each course (one left before eating dessert!
