The Aquarium is the restaurant with the Hotel de la Loire, and offers a wide map. Among the novelties, hot bowl and its foie de foie gras, piece of beef in truffles, shredded lobster lobster, or even stone fillet with juice braised, Cointreau emulsion. how this restaurant can be recommended? an entrance meats in which figure a rest of roast pork, a ashamed cheese dish (an past fourme, two small pieces of same cheese), an inedible dessert (pink ice cream unlikely taste, defrosted with soft individual) and the roof: we were 2 out of 3 to be sick: those who had taken frying! Null service, where the waitress refuses to change parsley seats! In short, to escape absolutely!
