Set in an ancient farm of vineyards, this artisanal brasserie is a treasure trove of discovery. The master Brewer, Anne Laure, after studies of biochemistry, developed 100% natural recipes, according to the traditional method of high fermentation. She works on the flame with French malt and hops. It offers tasting sales on site. Conditioned in 33 cl and 75 cl, Saint-Como, Ramberte and Pampille, all from organic farming, are distributed in the department's fine grocery stores. The blonde in Chestnut honey, the Aveille, is worth a visit.
