Conferences, workshops to discover recipes such as mendiants, liégeois and chocolate soufflés, live chocolate-making, children's activities, a fashion show featuring dresses embellished with chocolate accessories and, of course, tastings punctuate life in the town on the banks of the Loire for three days.
