The Footprint includes a room of 30 seats in modern style, and a second of 15 seats, where you can see the chef working, because the kitchen is open on the separate room simply by a glass pane. This is where Yannick works on fresh products, depending on the market, from truffle in winter to strawberry in summer, his inventive and refined cuisine changes every day. Presented in an original and harmonious way, it will satisfy all gourmets. Fish and crustaceans side the meat of neighbouring farms. You'll enjoy the opera fatty liver opera with quinces and gingerbread ou or the St. Jacques rope with viande meat juice and black truffles, then the piece of charolais with condiments and mushrooms, the saumon of salmon to in, the fricassee of rabbit to mustard or the farmer chicken burst and coriander, to finish with the black chocolate dessert. The reception is charming and the service at the height. The chef also offers cooking workshops where you can invite your friends to join you for tasting. It's a great place for this very beautiful address that is worth a visit!

Découverte de ce restaurant grâce à du bouche à oreille lors de la recherche d'un bon restaurant pour un anniversaire
Le service est très professionnel et agréable.
Si vous voulez passer un excellent repas pour 50 ou 60€ par personnes, je vous conseil vivement ce restaurant
35 €) mais ce qui est certain c est que la qualité est au rendez-vous. Je ne déconseille pas tu tout ce restaurant qui rempli quasiment toutes les cases mais si comme nous vous n aviez pas connaissance du process cela peut être vraiment très décevant.
