This consists of a fine plate of charcuterie (ham with herbs, country terrine, sausage) or a starter of the day, grated cheese plain or au gratin with sarasson, fourme de Montbrison or raclette, or an omelette. L'Auberge des Girards is a restaurant located in the hills above Saint-Paul-en Cornillon. In a friendly country setting, it invites you to discover its great specialty, the country-style menu comprising grated meats, salad, charcuterie and dessert. You can also try the frog formula or the Girards burger, a burger revisited in a grated version. And kids won't be left out either, with a children's menu and salads. L'Auberge des Girards also offers takeaway menus. What's more, this establishment boasts 3 independent dining rooms that can be set up to host a variety of events, including group meals, family reunions, birthdays, christenings, weddings, seminars...
