A baker from father to son for more than 60 years, Yvon Faurie offers a wide range of artisanal breads. Its speciality: galochère, a brioche with an exceptional taste and long-lasting softness, obtained thanks to a natural fermentation that brings out all the ingredients in the mouth. It can be kept for several days if you have not already eaten it in its entirety at the first bite. In this bakery you will also find delicious shortbread in the shape of rabbits or roosters.
