FERME PEILLON
For 3 generations, Ferme Peillon has been offering very good farmhouse cheeses made from raw whole cow's milk. You will find white cheeses ladled in the establishment, rigottes, sometimes coated with poppy seeds, shallots, dried tomatoes which bring flavour and colour, meadow nectar, a white cheese beaten with honey, milk, butter, plain sarasson or with garlic and herbs. This farm is so renowned that many restaurants in the region have placed their trust in it. You too can go with your eyes closed to the farm, to the Coin des producteurs in La Ricamarie, to the Potager in La Grand-Croix or to Plein Champ in Sorbiers.
